The installation and sound work: in-between is a piece that will be on display at the Museum Schloss Moyland in Germany until the end of 2025. A giant black balloon is wedged between two walls. From inside the balloon, a sound can be heard as if the balloon is being inflated. The concept of the “Shepard’s Staircase” is applied, creating an auditory illusion. It seems that the balloon is becoming fuller and fuller, and it gives the impression that the balloon is about to burst at any moment.
